SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to BareShore's shipping policy. We are dedicated to providing you with the best shipping experience. Our packages are carefully handled and the costs are transparent. We believe in building trust and loyalty with our customers through clear communication.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At BareShore Swimwear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you have changed your mind or are dissatisfied with a product, our return & exchange policy is designed to make the process easy and straightforward. We aim to build trust and reassure our customers that they can shop with confidence.

We happily accept returns within 14 days after the delivery date.


We only ask that the following requirements be met:

1. Item/s must be in original condition with returns tag and/or hygiene seal remaining in place.

2. Items must not be worn, altered, or have stains from make-up, deodorant, sweat, or any other substance on them.

3. We do NOT accept returns of cosmetic products.

4. We only accept returns from beach towels if they are still sealed in the plastic bag it was provided in.

* We can not accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.

** Please note that all returns have to be registered in our return portal. We will not be responsible for self-shipped packages that get lost. 

*** In the rare case that one of our items shows an imperfection upon receiving it, we ask you to let us know within 48 hours of the delivery time by sending us a message through our 'contact us' section.
